    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/598077"&gt;@Arempel&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;since you cannot even make calls or send texts,&amp;nbsp; look like your issue is not porting related but eithet the sim not correctly setup on your device or sim not provisioned properly&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;First,&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;disable or delete those non PM sim (eSIM/Physical sim).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the non-PM sim is physical, remove it.&amp;nbsp; If the non-PM sim is an esim, disable using the SIM Manager on the phone (or set as Secondary and turn off "Turn on this line" for this non-PM esim)&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Make sure &lt;STRONG&gt;PM sim is enabled and set as Primary.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Then reboot the phone and&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;click&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Reset All Networks&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;on your phone and it will work.&amp;nbsp; (Please note that Reset all Networks will also erase your saved Wifi and Bluetooth connections, but you just need to add them back after).       <description>&lt;P&gt;I subscribed to your service over 24 hours ago and I still don’t have confirmation that my number has been transferred. And I can’t send text and also can’t call everyone. And what does p1 and p2 mean?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
