      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/598015"&gt;@Byunghyunmin&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;new or existing customer?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and what phone do you have?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you have an iPhone, make sure you update your Carrier Profile&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And if new customer, make sure you remove your old carrier sim card and disable old carrier eSIM, then Reset Network Settings again&lt;/P&gt;</description>
