I was supposed to receive a text from PM in which I was supposed to answer yes but never received it. How do I notify public mobile that I wish this transfer to go forward? Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;is your PM account still active and able to receive regular text?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try reboot the phone and see if the text comes.&amp;nbsp; If not, ask PM to confirm if they received the porting request from Videotron&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Simply&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right.
