      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/597319"&gt;@cindy09&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The ticketing system is broken right now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is talk and text working?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You might want to try network reset of phone (note: this will erase any saved Wifi passwords).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Manually select LTE network.&amp;nbsp; Or 5G network (if in your area)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
