      <title>eSim activation QR code and Public Mobile App both not working to download eSim</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello! I'm currently swapping from SpeakOut, and selected the in-app option to transfer my current number to eSim. SpeakOut has transferred me onto a new plan while they renew their 3G networks, and they have allowed me to retain my&amp;nbsp; number there. Now, I put into the app that I want to transfer my number, get all the steps done, then when it comes to downloading, it fails three times on the "installing eSim" stage. I then decided to exit the app, and use the QR code from the welcome email, which gets stuck on "checking network info". I have restarted my phone, removed my sim, and dealt with basically everything to the best of my ability but still, nothing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
