      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have seen this past week were numerous people have indicated that they have submitted tickets and have not received any response.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Keeping checking your inbox for the reply. Creating multiple tickets will not expedite the response time as I assume they work in order of submissions received.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, bot escalated my ticket after I posted here and customercare reached out to me. You should also try that. The agent did mention there is an insurge in tickets, that's why it's delayed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
