Since that's not an option, you can click on Didn't get the code... and have it sent to your email or voicemail. You'd just need to call your number and fetch it from your VM.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just login My Account, go to Profile page and click the pencil to the right of Sim card number and update it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have trouble receiving 2FA SMS, click Didn't Receive Code or Resend code and choose Send email or Send Voice message&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Of course PM can help too if you really cannot login. Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. Since I was issued a new SIM, I had to choose a new phone number. However, I would like to keep or recover my original phone number from my lost phone, which was also with Public Mobile.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could someone please guide me on how I can go about getting my old phone number back?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance for your help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
