    <description>&lt;P&gt;I’ve made a payment twice today, one this morning around 9 and shortly afterwards my phone worked as my payment went through. Then 3 hours later it didn’t and received another text saying that I owed Septembers payment again and still doesn’t work&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
