      <description>&lt;P&gt;I want to port out my number to Freedom Mobile, but they are getting errors with my public mobile account. It is active and the number is valid! I never got the 90-minute text from public mobile either. PLEASE HELP!!! I have submitted two tickets and it’s been 12 hours no one has contacted me&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;check if you can receive regular text from friend.&amp;nbsp; Maybe reboot the phone&amp;nbsp; once&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and you can ask your new provider to re-submit the port request after you reboot the phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;last, maybe PM can help.&amp;nbsp;Simply&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right.
