    <description>&lt;P&gt;this is&amp;nbsp; a very common glitch and usually able to fix it quickly.&amp;nbsp; Reboot your phone, Reset network setting and try again&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if that does not help and you need PM to check, simply&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. The new $15 plan are for new members unfortunately. It isn’t in her account to switch over to.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Soon her $15 plan will increase to $18.&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":loudly_crying_face:"&gt;😭&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
