      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the app. We're familiar with the app because we have it for our older children. I signed up with a new email and went through the process and as mentioned got the notification&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;"Step 6:6 subscription not activated message."&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have tried signing in from other devices.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I did not get the welcome email with the QR as a means of applying the eSIM to the new phone.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;When I sign in on another device it's trying to send a text message to the new number.....which isn't active so I can't receive the text message.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
