I would like to find out while traveling on cruise if PM service will work with US roam Add-on's

no, when you are at seas, the US network would be far enough for you to get the signal. You will need to use Roam at see, which use Satellite to get mobile service. But Roam at sea is a different company

but when you are at US port, your US roam would work
