      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/566907"&gt;@afzsf&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you can only change to plans available on your My Account's Change Subscription page.&amp;nbsp; Choose the cheapest one you see and use Change on Renewal to schedule the plan change.&amp;nbsp; Then after the plan change on next renewal date, go back and check and you might see even cheaper plan.&amp;nbsp; But those $20 plans or below are really only reserve for $13 or $15 plan holders.&amp;nbsp; You won't get to downgrade to those&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You'll be able to select any of them that's there. Those are the only plans you have the option of taking. We used to be able to downgrade plans but that changed a coupla years ago...Public Mobile put a stop to that then. Only other suggestion is to start a whole new account but you'll lose your current cell number if you deactivate your current plan.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
