International Texting Problems

Hello I am new here, I register the promo plan 12GB data, Unltd text Global and talk, also I add 400 mins of international long distance for $15, I can call international but my friend can not received my text messages from oversea, but I can text local fine, please help, thanks in advance.

hi there @Wonder_why!! the first thing that comes in mind for me is trying to text him with a 00 instead of a + in the nation code (or whatever the name is!)

i.e. i have friends and family in italy and i could call them with +39 and there number or 0039 and there number... try that!

Thanks @Devil_tear , I try but there stilled could not received my text messages , I have no problems from other phone provider like Wind Mobile

Do you mean 011? 011 is definitely the traditional way but the +(country code) is surely more common now on cell phones. I've never heard of 00 before as a prefix for overseas calling. The 00 worked for you?

I did try 00 instead of 011 stilled my friend could not received the text messages, I have Samsung Galaxy Note 4, thanks Devil_tear

@Wonder_why i will try shooting a text in italy and i will let you know the results... 🙂 if i have any issues i will report them... but since the Moderators and customer service is very busy with new activations i will suggest to report this to them after the 20th of November when the fall promo is over... i really feel for the guys lately, i'm guessing that they weren't expecting such a response from the wireless community to join PM....

Edited: Just got my awnser... my international texing is working just fine... i used the +39 country code and the mobile number... if you are still experiencing difficulties i would contact a Mod or Customer Service Specialist... sorry i was unable to help... 😞

Just to updated about the International texting, my friends can received my text, if there with China Unicom Mobile, the other friends from China Mobile could not received my text messages, is there any solutions ?
