      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/452528"&gt;@Kaslf12&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is the money just showing as Available funds and didn't use for renewal ?&amp;nbsp; If it is , login My Account using Incognito/private/secrete mode,&amp;nbsp; put the account as Lost/Suspend first.&amp;nbsp; Logout My Account.&amp;nbsp; Wait 15 mins and Login back in using Incognito/private/secret mode and unsuspend it , this&amp;nbsp; will force the system to use the money to renew&lt;/P&gt;</description>
