      <description>&lt;P&gt;hello&lt;BR /&gt;trying to use my phone to call out or receive. It says my service are temporarily suspended.&lt;BR /&gt;the payment for this comes out of my bank account. August payment came out. Sept it says today.&lt;BR /&gt;It is saying my balance is zero.&lt;BR /&gt;Can someone check this out&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
