    <description>&lt;P&gt;Ok I figured it out. I do not have 12gb I have only 10 which is why it has stopped at 9.94. I had a one time 2gb gift which made me think I had 12gb. Thanks for your help and my apologies for any confusion. I glad it was figured out.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there, None of my apps, ie chrome, Google, Gmail etc are opening when not on wifi. I noticed it this afternoon. Airplane mode is off and Mobile data is on. I have 1 GB left of my 12 GB and verified this in my account on the PM website. The apps are allowed to used background data on my phone. I had not been into settings to change anything for it to happen. I have looked in settings but do not see anything that has changed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;edited by computergeek541: changed category labels as this discussion isn't related to Community&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you tried rebooting your phone? Maybe try and reset network settings.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Softech, my problem has come back today for some reason. I tried changing the data limit to a higher number higher than the actual limit but change. I tried toggling the limits, airplane mode similar to the first time. Do they need to reset from PM side? Right now I'm at about 9.94 GB of my 12 GB limit so it shouldn't be a problem. I have my limit set to 12gb and my warning set to 11gb. Not sure what else it could be. Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/593072"&gt;@Kwh_1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;because PM cycle is 30 days while the phone cycle is monthly, it is better to completely disable the mobile limit on the phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you really need the mobile data limit, then you will need to update the cycle start date to match your current PM cycle , and you have to do it every cycle&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(Change the "Billing cycle and data warning" to match the start date of the current PM cycle start date)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Android-MobileData.jpg" style="width: 766px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/64735i096C00E764DECCF0/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="Android-MobileData.jpg" alt="Android-MobileData.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
