    <description>&lt;P&gt;so I am attempting to port a number from Lucky mobile when I was activating my eSIM, my phone froze and then it glitching somehow it deleted my new eSIM so I had to buy another SIM card after paying over $50 for the plan and now my number isn’t being poured correctly I can’t receive phone calls, and nobody will answer me and it’s been since Wednesday. It’s now Friday evening . I have submitted two tickets and I still go unanswered and there’s no way to communicate with the staff here so I am forced to post on this bulletin board.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Ask PM&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.
