    <description>&lt;P&gt;I use PM and when someone calls me, it goes straight to my voicemail. Unless they call twice in a row quickly. If they call twice in a row quickly I can get a call. It is important because if someone important calls me they call once and they just leave a message and this is not effective.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What phone do you have?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check if you phone is on PM's VoLTE whitelist as that could be the reason&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/volte" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/volte&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, try reboot, and Reset Network Settings&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I checked both&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;IMEI numbers on my phone and they are not compatible. I started having this issue 3-5 days ago and it wasn't there before. What can be done in this situation now?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
