    <description>&lt;P&gt;Ok, thanks everyone,&amp;nbsp; a new phone is up and running with new Sim card.&amp;nbsp; Now there is another problem.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;How do I change the brand of phone he is using its not the same phone as the lost one.&amp;nbsp; Old one was a Samsung galaxy s20 and the new one is a Samsung galaxy A03 .&amp;nbsp; I can't recive texts from Samsung and I can't get into account, they keep sending codes to old phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Edit* the brand of phone is nothing you need to change with PM, if you aren’t receiving texts for 2FA codes, it’s a different issue. Try logging in and send code again, when it says “didn’t get code?” Select send to email instead and retrieve from there. hope this helps&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
