    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/511327"&gt;@GeorgeTsontakis&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;do you really have no service? if you have the service and just the site saying account on hold, you can ignore if for now.&amp;nbsp; Sometimes site not update as quick.&amp;nbsp; It happened before&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but if you have no service, then it is an Autopay failure, you need to make a manual payment.&amp;nbsp; Use this link to make payment:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/funds/card" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/funds/card&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(don't forget E911 fess if it applies)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I log in, why does it say that my services are on hold due to the expiration of my subscription? I am on auto top-up and my credit card has not expired.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
