So I got an SMS a day or two ago saying that my payment was due soon, no worries it is set up on auto-pay

Today I get an SMS that the payment failed, dunno why as the card should be godo

Go to the portal and see that there is a $40/mth deal that is better so I take the option to change the plan and select that

Says I need to top up, no problem, change the CC to another just to be sure

It takes the $ required but says it failed to activate

So I figure it must need a couple of $ more to cover the tax so I up the balance to cover that (and I see it charges tax on that too, what?)

Now there is plenty in the balance to cover the $40 for the new plan but now it won't give me the option to change and wants to go to the old (90 day) plan

How do I fix this?

M

Thanks stonechucker, the portal instructions *seem* to indicate that one can do a plan change on a renewal boundry or even switch to another plan mid-stream (not sure how that would work tho). I've messaged the moderator so hopefully they can sort it out.

M
