I have a 27 dollar plan and just renewed it but would like to upgrade to a 40 dollar plan with the 60 gb. Would public mobile apply what I have given already towards it? Yours truly, Believer1Lover.

you will be given option to Change Plan Now or Change at Renewal. If you change now, you pay now and forfeit whatever balance of data is in current plan. No pro-rating of previous plan. If you Change at Renewal, you've locked in that plan to upgrade at next renewal. You won't pay until then. Many suggest to Change at Renewal.

No, they will not credit you the difference, unfortunately. If you can wait, select Change on Renewal for next month.

If you can't wait, then you'll be immediately charged again for the new plan.
