cannot send or receive text messages or emails or whats app on iphone, texts show not delivered. Having issue with my wife's phone and mine as well, both on Public Mobile. Have rebooted both phones and no luck. Anyone else having same issue? Thanks

@AshKen60 I’m wondering if this a location specific issue. Are you and your wife in the same place while this is occurring. ? I can think of 2 separate “dead zones” near my house where for whatever reason, your exact issues would occur to me. Calls dropped, no msg sent etc. Have PM reset your network from the backend and it may clear this up for you. (It worked for me about a year ago) Use the orange bubble and open a ticket. Hope this helps

@AshKen60 your data works?

if data work and just not iMessage and text and Whatsapp, first uninstall Whatsapp. Go to Settings-> Phone-> My Number and remove the phone number, reboot phone. Reset Network Settings

Then go back Settings-> Phone -> My Number and enter the phone number to re-trigger iMessage

Last, install Whatsapp again and resetup
