      <title>Cannot access my account</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Major issues today.&amp;nbsp; I recently changed the credit card I was using for automatic payments.&amp;nbsp; Got a message from Public Mobile that payment did not go thru.&amp;nbsp; Tried logging in to my account.&amp;nbsp; Login didn't like either the email I used or both (I haven't used this website since I signed up years ago).&amp;nbsp; Tried "Forgot email" &amp;amp; "Forgot Password" after which I was supposed to receive a one time code - never showed up.&amp;nbsp; Multiple attempts all resulted in no code being sent.&amp;nbsp; I was able set up a new Eversafe login, which works for Community, but I still cannot access my account.&amp;nbsp; When I click on "My Account" I just get taken to the Public Mobile home page.&amp;nbsp; What am I doing wrong?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just want to change my payment method, but I still cannot get into my account no matter what I do.&amp;nbsp; I guess my only option is to open a brand new account&amp;nbsp;since I am unable to access my current plan.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
