      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I bought a new phone.&amp;nbsp; Transferred the physical SIM over.&amp;nbsp; RCS will not work.&amp;nbsp; I tried everything on this site about Carrier Services, reinstalling Messages, all kinds of cache clearing and rebooting.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"Not Supported" RCS chats has been disabled by your carrier.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think I need PM to fix this on the back end because that comes up immediately.&amp;nbsp; No waiting to set up etc.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Send a text message to an android and it should switch to RCS after you send one text message&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;if that does not trigger it, then send a ticket to PM and ask them to reprovision the sim&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Simply&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right.       <description>&lt;P&gt;RCS not working for me either, on two public lines I have (one recently added and another long time use). I'm convinced they currently don't have RCS support anymore given the lack of response via ticket and a lot of comments on various platforms (here, reddit etc). It's too bad but likely need to look at an alternative carrier now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried sim from another carrier and if worked immediately.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I did and they already have. I think there's a chance Google has removed jibe support and have put it on the carrier's to support RCS themselves now and I think public doesn't have server setup for it or something. This seems to be a recent issue that has popped up across a number of carrier's with some already providing support (given the other sim working).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Folks, there is nothing with RCS on this service for either android or iOS users.&amp;nbsp; Please don't go flooding the support inbox with service requests that they cannot do anything about.&amp;nbsp; To restore the service, try removing RCS, wait a couple of hours and then add it back and wait another couple of hours.&amp;nbsp; There are many stakeholders in this process, so the service can take a few hours to establish.&amp;nbsp; If this does not work, then try deleting the app and reinstalling it.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yup sane issue, rcs messaging use to work no problem then stopped all the sudden a couple days ago. For all my android contacts not just one (I’m on an iPhone) and trying to resolve this issue is extremely slow and painful. Will extremely likely be switching carriers as soon as I have time ti do so, the support from public mobile is a joke.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
