    <description>&lt;P&gt;They are busy.&amp;nbsp; There will be additional step to verify your identity which can tak another day. I usually provide my account number, phone number, last 4 digits of my credit card in my initial ticket to bypass this step. Good luck .&lt;/P&gt;</description>
