The proper domains should be:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;**yes, we need to use Telus or Koodo domain and not Public Mobile&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;SMS Domain:&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="lia-indent-padding-left-30px"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;@msg.telusmobility.com&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="lia-indent-padding-left-30px"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;@msg.telus.com&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="lia-indent-padding-left-30px"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;@msg.koodomobile.com&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;MMS Domain:&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="lia-indent-padding-left-30px"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;@mms.mb.telus.com&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="lia-indent-padding-left-30px"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;@mms.koodomobile.com&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="lia-indent-padding-left-30px"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;@mms.telusmobility.com&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="lia-indent-padding-left-30px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, please note that&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;only Plain Text format, not HTML, email can send through&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&amp;nbsp; If you are using desktop mail client, most of them are defaulted to Send as HTML, so you have to change it back to Send as Plain Text.&amp;nbsp; Or if you use Gmail app or via browser, make sure they are send as plain text&lt;/P&gt;</description>
