      <description>&lt;P&gt;I paid for an esim, was charged but never got an activation QR code and the customer service representative said they couldn't help. Has anyone dealt with this? The app must of had issues and now the no refund... can I get this dealt with? Need to figure it out before the 23rd, thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
