My previous phone was destroyed. I don't have access to any of my accounts without my previous number. I have the SIM card from the previous phone. I currently have a new phone. I'm wondering if it's possible to keep my old number. I need to be able to have that number. So I can use it for authentication to be able to sign into my Gmail email my Rogers account ETC. Does Public mobile have a number I can call to solve this issue?

If you don't find you have signal, just go into your Network Settings and reset them and then reboot your phone. This will force your phone to find the Public Mobile network. You will of course keep your original phone number.

I tried that method at least three times. It's still not working. If I get a new SIM card with a new number would it be possible to contact the companies that I had the previous number with. And possibly reset my accounts. And use the new number?
