      <title>My account doesn't show anything</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I log in my account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cannot view my plan , my payment i cannot view anything. Nothing is showing. I have been out of the country for 3 months. My phone is&amp;nbsp; no longer in service and when I checked my credit card statement it doesnt show that payments were taken out.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need to access my account information. Maybe I need to update my credit card information. Please figure out whats wrong with my account?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If it indicated that your account is suspended. You need to make a manual payment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the system doesn’t have your number in the system. Your account is closed, SIM no longer work and your number is returned to the carrier you got the number from.
