      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have no data, talk or text. When I log into the app it automatically takes me to a support page. Nothing changed on my end so im very confused as to what could have happened. I have submitted two tickets and no one has got back to me. This couldn’t have happened at a worse time, i need my data to use gps so I can get to my location. Been sitting here for hours&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Some times it can take a while for them to respond. I had to wait 36 hours when I first signed up. That being said there hours are i believe 8am to 10pm est so if they have not responded yet you won't hear from them till tomorrow.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

They said you have accepted my money. &amp;nbsp;Public mobile is stating I haven’t paid for 2 months, completely false. Im on prepaid, if you miss your payments on prepaid, you’re cut off very quickly, you dont get to use the service for free for 2 months.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
