      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you want help from a moderator, you can &lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_self"&gt;send a private message&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;to Moderator_Team.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But for your porting issue, it could take a few hours for everything to work correctly. In my case it took about 2 hours. You can also try the following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- restarting your phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- powering off your phone and removing the SIM, then re-insert it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- go into your phone's Cellular network settings and manually&amp;nbsp;selecting Public Mobile as your Network Operator&lt;/P&gt;</description>
