Those option won't be there as you have not completed the first time validation.&amp;nbsp; The Send email and Send voice message option will only be there if you completed the first time 2FA via SMS&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and yes, you need to reach out to PM in your case&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It shouldn’t be this difficult to activate a simple SIM card.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
