What's the average time everyone is getting responses from MODs after sending a PM?

I'm at over 24 hours now and they haven't even read the message yet

From my sample of one, three days. I think they are swamped. I'd solved the problem by then, but she did have the answer I needed.

I have tried to get in touch with someone for over 8 hours now and no one has responded. Tried to port a phone number and had no success. So basically I am in a situation where I am not able to receive any incoming txt / call.

4 days and counting.... Porting issue still not resolved. I should warn whomever who is thinking of switching to public mobile should think twice. Lack of customer service is a real concern.
