I entered the wrong email while buying their stream+ offer with koodo, what should i do?

can you login with the wrong email? if you can login, you can update it there

if you cannot login, you will need to work with Koodo support agent on that. It is an offer for PM subscribers, but it is on Koodo system and PM support agent cannot help

Unfortunately i cannot log in with the wrong email. When i submitted the payment, they said they would send an email to me in order to get the services set up

I would set it as Home Internet. Just go thought it, just go through it, fake answer couple questions saying it is not helpful and it will book a callback with rep

I did that yesterday and set up an appointment for today and they never called me.
