      <description>&lt;P&gt;I would like to reduce my rings to four for voicemail to answer my phone.&amp;nbsp; Currently it takes 8 to 9 rings before voicemail answers, and for that reason no one is patient enough to wait that long.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Get your PM voicemail number from your Phone Dialer settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dial this sequence: *61 *16475804001*11 *[then enter number of seconds to wait] # [SEND or CALL].&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For the number of seconds to wait - choose from the following options:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;one ring, enter 5.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;two rings, enter 10.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;three rings, enter 15.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;four rings, enter 20.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;five rings, enter 25.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;six rings, enter 30 (This is the maximum number of rings/seconds).&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;SAMPLE:&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;*61*16475804001*11*20#&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;[SEND or CALL]&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;- sets your phone to ring four times (20 seconds) before going to your voicemail.       <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/589087"&gt;@Ralph77&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;this is an way we have been passing around, but&amp;nbsp;this might not work anymore as lately someone said the conditional forwarding is no longer working&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;try this on the dialpad&lt;BR /&gt;*61*16475804001*11*20#, then click send&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;this will let it ring 20 seconds (4 rings) before going to voicemail&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(you can change that *20# to *5# for 5 seconds, or change to *10# for 10 sec)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have tried the code several times and it does not work, and I can't seem to find a way to speak with Public Mobile support staff&amp;nbsp; and not even sure if there is a support staff.&amp;nbsp; May have to change providers to resolve my isdue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
