Hi. I would like to change to a subscription cheaper than $23 a month. Unfortunately when I select change subscription, nothing comes up except more expensive plans. I'm sure public mobile has cheaper plans! Why am I not given that option?

Not all plans are available for current customers. Unfortunately, most of the personalized offers for existing customer are more expensive than the present plan. Occasionally, PM will offer cheaper plans, but current customers need to keep track of these changes.

@Purple7

as you currently have the $23 plan, you likely won't be able to downsize to $20 or $19 plans. You could always get another sim to start a new account to get a cheaper plan, but you'll have to take a new cell number. You will also need to use a different email address for the new account. Then deactivate your existing plan.
