      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello @ kavehsdkh,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You need to access your online account from the new phone and purchase an eSIM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Visit the 'Subscription &amp;amp; Add-ons' page in My Account&lt;BR /&gt;Select the option to purchase a new eSIM&lt;BR /&gt;Complete the payment, and a new eSIM will be issued to you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
