Phone Number not Activating with iMessage

Ever since I’ve installed IOS 26, my phone number has not been activating to use iMessage and FaceTime. After trying multiple methods to solve this, Apple said this could be a carrier issue. How do I resolve this?

Lots of people have been seeing issues with iPhone and messaging since the update. I haven't seen the fix to it yet. I disagree with Apple because this only started when the update came out. There could be a problem with the update.

If you have eSIM, some customers have repuchased eSIM card via their PM app. Should be free.
