      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just canceled land line. Phone now dead. Tried to transfer that number to Public Mobile on iPhone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unsuccessful. Now have NO phone number at all. Previously, before the actual landline cancellation, I signed in online and saw that there was an option &amp;nbsp;to search an available phone number. Yesterday and today I was unable to find a Public Mobile Login to account on website. So, downloaded the app., put in the desired number as if it’s were a transfer. &amp;nbsp;Result: no phone number at all. Please advise! Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any phone number you want to transfer to another provider MUST be active and not canceled. This is a rule. Once the transfer is successfully done, then that old account will be automatically cancelled.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So now your choice will be to contact your land line provider and explain the situation to them and ask them if they will re open the account so that you can transfer it to Public Mobile and then try again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or forfeit that number and choose a new number and active with Public Mobile through the app.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you. However, a few weeks ago on the website I saw an option to search for numbers that might be available. I can’t even log in online. The problem with doing it while the land line was still active was the the landline was in my wife's name, ergo, impossible.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
