      <description>&lt;P&gt;I upgraded from the 80 to the 100 gb plan. It charged me for a full month but only gave me 20gb of data for the next month. Apparently I need you ask a moderator to reset my data usage. How do I do that?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;it is just a browser or app cache issue.&amp;nbsp; try login browser with Incognito plan and you should see the correct plan&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Alternative...dial 611 to hear current plan status.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
