Does Public mobile have a plan for Europe? If not, what are the rates? Will my phone work in Europe?

Sorry, there is no service through Public Mobile in Europe. Your phone will not work except for using Wi-Fi for internet.

You'd need to purchase a travel esim for Europe if your phone is compatible with esim. You can look into Airalo or Saily.

And it's worth noting that most travel eSIMS are for data, not for phone/SMS. If you do get one that includes phone and SMS, you will have a new phone number on that eSIM which you'll need to share with your contacts.

Beside purchasing a local SIM. You can use Fongo, TextNow or WhatsApp VoIP when connected to wifi or local SIM data.
