the current size is about 200 to 250.

As spam is even a bigger concern these days, I doubt any provider will increase that limit for consumer accounts. If you need to send a bigger number at a time, you need to check with those business accounts offered by Telus or use those specific software

I'm being limited to 20 people on my club list and won't allow member #21 to be added.

I'd like to increase it by a dozen or so.

How do I enable that?

The limit is 20.

If you want to send to more than 20, you'll have to use RCS chat instead. But everyone in the group must be using this feature for it to work.

You can ask an agent by creating a ticket, but I doubt they will do so. Use the chatbot to ask.

I recall that the maximum is 20 members on PM texting and it can’t be increased.
