Referral chart ??

The top part is an “estimate” of 12??
The bottom part appears to be correct.
So if I received a new referral would the bottom part change from 9 to 10? And how quickly?

@Grinch If someone is added to your referral list, it usually updates next day. If you scroll down a bit, do you see the part where it says “as of xxx date you have x referrals”?

Secondly. To activate a new account….can you still do from a desktop/tablet/laptop browser or do you “have to use” the PM APP?

you have to use the app.

While you can start the activation on the browser, it will ask you to go back to app after payment step

So, better to just start from the app
