      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have an iPhone 16 pro max. &amp;nbsp;I switched from Bell mobility to Public Mobile yesterday. I am unable to send texts or make phone calls today. &amp;nbsp;This is annoying.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I followed all of the steps. I was able to send texts or make and receive and send phone calls yesterday after the switch. &amp;nbsp;I’m in Truro today and not Halifax. I’ve done another network reset but no change.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
