If so it could be an incomplete porting issue. I’ve sent you the number to call them to your private message. If you’re a current subscriber and this is a brand new error only after swapping sims, try to put the sim into another phone to test , and if that fails, send a message to CS_Agent and ask for your network to be reset from the back end.
