I got the text and responded yes. It’s still showing my Sasktel account is active. I can’t receive calls it goes straight to vm and when I call my email shows up . I need some help&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/591524"&gt;@megs_b&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Have you removed the Sasktel sim and replaced with PM sim? Reboot and reset network settings. If e-sim, make sure pm sim is set to primary. Hope this helps&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes I did that yesterday ! Called Sasktel as well they are saying my service is still active. But I responded to the yes text message&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
