      <description>&lt;P&gt;the agent helping me does not want to credit 5 dollars to me again as it was already done before a few months ago&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;(had the same problem before and I purchased a new e-sim and credited 5 cad to me. it did solve the imessaging issue though)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now I am stuck without imessage. I dont want to pay 5 dollars because this issue is from their end. Still waiting for them to do something to my account. New eSIM, reset network settings when the phone rebooted iMessages activated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;clearly something on the public mobile end. Going to request a refund for the new eSIM.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
