      <description>&lt;P&gt;I purchased Data Add-ons through rewards and 36 hrs later still not working. I will state that this is my first negative experience with Public mobile having been with them for 5 years however it is a critical one because it relates to people who would be in critical need of a service which they charge for but do not provide in timely manner . I have done all of the solutions reccomended for phone&amp;nbsp; with no success there is is clearly an issue with Public Mobile "flipping a switch" so to speak betweeen there rewards and services which is quite unfair&amp;nbsp; to user&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
